What you agree to as a verifier

These are the commitments that come with taking a Cardarooz job. Full detail is in the Verification Policies.

  • Confirm within 48 hours. If you don’t confirm a booking within 48 hours, or you decline, the owner is refunded in full, automatically.
  • Meet your promised turnaround. Your report deadline is the turnaround you publish for that method, counted from the moment the booking is confirmed.
  • Miss it and the owner can walk. If you miss the deadline, you may formally propose one new completion date. The owner can accept it — or cancel for a full refund. A missed deadline means you keep no fee.
  • Hold the item, own the return. If a deadline-breach cancel happens while the item is in your custody, it goes back to the owner at your cost: the owner is refunded the return postage they prepaid, and that return-leg cost is offset against your earnings.
  • You’re paid when your report lands — and for shipped items, once the item’s safe return is confirmed. Cardarooz’s platform fee is added on top of your fee, never taken from it.
