How an item leaves Ones to Watch

There is exactly one route from here to the verified marketplace: an independent expert physically examines the item and submits their findings. Only on those findings is a Cardarooz Certificate of Authenticity issued, naming the verifier and the date of examination. The item then carries the verified badge and moves to the verified marketplace.
